Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment Full payment is required to secure your child’s spot. Space is limited to maintain small group coaching and personalized instruction. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 14+ days prior to camp start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available week, if space allows. Weather & Ocean Conditions Safety is our top priority. Camp runs rain or shine; however, in the event of unsafe ocean conditions (lightning, severe weather, hazardous surf), beach training, ocean safety education, surf theory, and land-based activities will be conducted. No refunds are issued for weather. Attendance & Tardiness Please arrive on time for check-in and pick-up. Consistent attendance helps surfers progress and stay safe. Participants should bring: • Rash guard or surf shirt • Reef-safe sunscreen • Towel & water • Snacks/lunch (if applicable) Behavior & Safety Expectations Respect for coaches, fellow surfers, and ocean safety rules is required. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from camp without refund. Photography & Media Photos/videos may be taken for training review and promotional use. Please notify us in writing if you do not wish your child to be photographed. Liability Waiver A signed waiver is required prior to participation.
